1. Event Admission & Ticket Validity

By registering for a ticket to EVORA '26, you agree to abide by these terms. Each official ticket contains a unique QR code tied to your registered name and mobile number.

• Entrance tickets are validated at the entrance gate via scanner.
• Each QR code is atomic and valid for a single entry scan only.
• Scanning a valid ticket triggers your automatic single-click Memory Wall access SMS link.

2. Early Bird Ticket Price & Bank Deposit Guidelines

The official Early Bird ticket fee for EVORA '26 is Rs. 4,000 per person. To ensure prompt ticket approval, attendees making bank transfers or over-the-counter deposits must adhere to the following deposit guidelines:

• Deposit or transfer the exact Early Bird ticket amount of Rs. 4,000 per attendee.
• The deposit reference / remarks field (in physical branch slips or online/mobile banking) must clearly state your Mobile Phone Number (e.g. 0771234567).
• For mobile banking transfers, you can upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation or attach the official bank PDF receipt directly.
• Slip images and PDF receipts must be clear, uncropped, and readable.
• Duplicate or altered slip submissions will result in ticket rejection.

3. Slip Rejection & Resubmission Policy

If your bank deposit slip is rejected due to illegible image or missing reference details, you will receive an SMS notification containing a direct link to re-upload a clear slip receipt (maximum 3 re-upload attempts permitted).

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior at the reunion event and on the live Memory Wall. Content depicting harassment or offensive material will be deleted immediately.
