When you register for a ticket or post to the Gankanda Api '26 Memory Wall, we collect essential information required to verify your identity and deliver your official entrance ticket:

• Full Name & Contact Information (Email Address and Mobile Phone Number).
• Bank Transfer & Deposit Reference Details (Reference Name & Deposit Slip Image).
• SHA-256 Image Hash values generated client-side to prevent duplicate slip fraud.
• Photos uploaded voluntarily to the live Batchmate Memory Wall.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal details are used exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• Verifying bank deposit slips and generating official PDF entrance tickets.
• Dispatching ticket download links and gate access updates via SMS and Email.
• Generating secure entrance QR codes burned at the event entrance gate.
• Authenticating token-based single-click access to the Batchmate Memory Wall.

3. Data Security & Storage

We enforce strict data protection protocols. Generated PDF tickets are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Vercel Blob) and served over HTTPS short URLs. We never sell, rent, or commercialize your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Memory Wall Content

Photos uploaded to the Memory Wall are accessible to batchmates using valid gate tokens. The organizing committee reserves the right to moderate or delete inappropriate content.
